The Smore Box
When we went on our road trip this summer we stopped at a KOA in the Redwood Forest. While there we of course made smores. The problem was how dirty we got even though we tried so hard not to. Well Ladies and Gentlemen the problem is now solved. Make a smore box so it is easy to assemble your goodies. Although we do this for camping, I think you could also use this idea for back yard bbq's, or Summer Parties around your fire pit. Maybe even for Family Fun Night.

The best way to use a sheet at the beach or park
Have you ever looked at something and thought "Huh now why didn't I ever think of that?" Yep me too. That is what happend when I saw this picture. Apparently, we have all been doing this wrong. Use a fitted sheet instead of a top sheet. What a simple solution. Great for the beach, camping, soccer games, camping etc. I will be putting one in each car.

Nerf Gun Backyard Party
My kiddos and their Daddy love Nerf Guns. It's true my Handsome Husband recieved one as a Christmas gift this year in fact from our oldest son who is in his 20's. When I stumbled across this picture on Pinterest I knew I hit pay dirt. Come on what could be better on a Friday Night with your family and friends? Or a Family Reunion? or a Birthday Party! Yep next year for Little Man's Birthday oh yeah this is the ticket!
Paleo "Corn Bread" Mexican Pizza
crust:
1 1/2 cups refined almond flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 cup raw honey
4 eggs
Preheat oven to 320. Combine all ingredients with a stand mixer until no lumps remain. Pour into a greased pie pan and bake in a 320 oven for 15 minutes. Remove and set aside.
