Chocolate Banana Nut Chex® Mix

5 cups Chocolate Chex® cereal
4 cups Cinnamon Chex® cereal
1 cup dried banana chips
1 cup whole cashews
6 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
1 cup flaked coconut

Preparation Directions

1. In large microwavable bowl, mix cereals, banana chips and cashews.
2. In 2-cup microwavable measuring cup, microwave butter and honey uncovered on high about 1 1/2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute, until mixture is bubbly. Stir in cocoa, cinnamon and extract. Pour over cereal mixture; stir until evenly coated.
3. Microwave uncovered on high 7 minutes, stirring every minute. Stir in coconut. Spread on waxed paper or foil to cool. Store in airtight container.
