White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Chex® Clusters

5 cups Rice Chex® cereal
2 cups gluten-free pretzel sticks, coarsely broken
1/2 cup macadamia nuts, coarsely chopped
1/2 package (16-oz size) vanilla-flavored candy coating (almond bark)
1/4 cup dark chocolate or semisweet chocolate chips

Preparation Directions

1. In large bowl, mix cereal, pretzels and nuts. Line cookie sheet with waxed paper or foil.
2. Microwave candy coating in microwaveable bowl fo 60 to 90 seconds, stirring after 1 minute. Pour over cereal mixture, stirring until evenly coated. Pour out onto waxed paper lined pan. Cool slightly.
3. In microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips uncovered on High about 1 minute; stir until smooth. Drizzle chocolate over snack. Let stand about 30 minutes or until chocolate is set. Break into clusters. Store in airtight container.
