Caveman Chili

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium yellow onions, chopped 
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced 
  • 2 green bell peppers, chopped 
  • 2 pounds ground chuck beef
  • 14 ounces tomatoes, canned, drained, chopped
  • 4 ounces green chilies, canned, chopped
  • 2 Tsp ground cumin
  • 1 Tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 Tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 Tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 Tsp salt
  • 1 cup beef or chicken broth
Process:
  1. In a saute pan, saute the onions, peppers, and garlic until they start to become soft
  2. Next add in the ground beef and cook until brown, then drain off the excess fat
  3. Transfer the meat and vegetables to your crock pot
  4. Add all the remaining ingredients and mix well
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6 Hours
  6. Enjoy and serve over a bed of Cauliflower Rice
  7. Enjoy
