2 pounds beef
1 can cream soup (your choice, I use celery)
1 can Cheddar Cheese soup ( I also have use fiesta or nacho)
1 Pkg Frozen crinkle-cut french fries
Preheat your oven to 350 In skillet, brown the beef, and drain. Put the beef back into the skillet, stir in soups. Pour into a greased 9x13 dish. Place your french fries on top. Bake, uncovered for 50-55 minutes or until the fries are done.
To Freeze: Assemble casserole, wrap in tin foil and place in a 2 quart freezer bag, get extra air out and freeze. To Serve: Place in fridge to thaw overnight, bake as directed.
