Bacon Cream Cheese Bread Dip
8 slices of Bacon – cooked crisp and crumbled
8 oz Cream Cheese – room temperature
1/2 c. Mayonaise
2 tsp. Dijon Mustard
1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss Cheese
3 Green Onions diced
1/2 tsp. Horseradish Sauce
Combine all ingredients and mix well using a rubber spatula. Transfer to a shallow baking dish (about 9 x 9) and bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
Serve on thin buttered and toasted bread slices (such as sliced baguette or artisan bread).
