2 pounds lean ground beef
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 can nacho cheese, cheddar cheese, or fiesta cheese soup ( Campbells)
1 bag crinkle cut french fries ( I use Ore-Ida OVEN CRISP)
In a skillet brown the hamburger and season to taste. Drain the hamburger and combine the soups with the meat. Spread the meat mixture in a 9x13 greased pan. Layer the french fries on top and sprinkle with seasoning salt. Bake at 350 degrees 50-55 minutes until golden brown. If you want you can also sprinkle additional cheese on top of the casserole.
To freeze assemble the casserole and freeze it before baking. To bake, thaw overnight and bake as directed above. I personally just make the meat mixture and put that in a freezer bag, label and place next tot the french fries. I thaw the meat overnight and assemble the casserole as directed above. I think it has the best flavor that way.
