Enchilada Casserole

 1 Pound Cooked Meat (ground beef, shredded turkey, or shredded chicken)

1 Large Jar Enchilada Sauce

12 Corn Tortillas

1 Jar Green Chili's diced (however hot you like it)

1 bag Mexican Cheese

Pour enough enchilada sauce into the bottom of a 9x13 casserole dish to cover. Layer tortillas on the bottom, layer meat mixed with chilis, layer cheese, dip next tortillas in sauce, and start the layer process again, on the last layer pour the remaining sauce on top of the tortillas and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake 375 until cheese is melted.  This freezes wonderfully.
