1 1/2 pounds hamburger taco seasoning to taste
1 cup pace picante (or generic salsa)
3 cups crushed Nacho Doritos (or generic)
2 cups Mexican blend cheese
1 cup sour cream
Preheat oven to 400 Spray 9x13 pan Brown ground beef. Drain and add taco seasoning to taste, stir in salsa and heat thoroughly. Place 1 1/2 cups of crush Doritos in the bottom of your casserole pan, spread the meat mixture on top of the chips. Spread sour cream on top of the meat mixture. Top with cheese and then the remaining 1 1/2 cups of chips. Bake at 400 until cheese is melted. Watch this one girls.... I have burnt the top chips sometimes it takes 15 minutes to melt the cheese and sometimes 30. I have served this like a taco bar with bowls of extra cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, taco sauce, olives etc.
