 2 LBS boneless, skinless , chicken breasts

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 cup sour cream

1/2 cup chicken broth

1/4 cup butter or margarine

1 sleeve ritz crackers (or generic )


Cook chicken in boiling water until done, cool, and cut into bite size pieces.  In a separate bowl, mix together the soup, sour cream and broth.  Put the chicken in the bottom of a greased 9x13 casserole dish, pour the mixture over chicken. Crush the crackers and sprinkle them over the entire casserole, and drizzle the melted butter over the crackers.  Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.  I serve this over noodles or rice.


****  I mix everything together add salt and pepper to taste. Then I put the crackers over the top. It was easier for me.******
