Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz container Cool Whip (I use lite)
  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk (I use fat-free)
  • 1 21 oz can cherry pie filling
  • 1 20 oz can crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup shredded coconut (unsweetened or sweetened is fine)
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine first four ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Fold in remaining three ingredients.
  3. Refrigerate for one hour before serving.
