Herb Oil (Olio alle Erbe)

An authentic Italian recipe from our kitchen to yours. Buon Appetito!

Ingredients

- 2 teaspoons of any one or a mix of the following: parsley, arugula, basil

- 2 small cloves fresh garlic

- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

- Salt

 

Directions

1.  Mince the herbs and the garlic, and place in a small bowl.

2.  Add the olive oil to the herbs along with a very small pinch of salt and mix well.
