1/2 tsp chopped garlic
1 C vegetable oil
1/2 C white vinegar
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 tsp dry mustard
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 dash Tabasco sauce
2 pounds beef flank steak
Combine all the ingredients except the flank steak in a small bowl. Put the flank steak in a labeled 1 gallon Ziploc Freezer bag, pour marinade around it, and freeze.
To serve, thaw. Remove the flank steak from the marinade and broil 3 inches from heat source for 4 minutes per side. Discard the unused marinade ( it containes raw meat juices) Slice the flank steak thinly on the diagonal across the grain.
