Banana Nut Chocolate Chip Muffins
1/2 cup Coconut Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup enjoy life dairy free chocolate chips
1 tsp Vanilla
2 Very Ripe/Mashed Bananas
4 Eggs
4 Tblsp melted coconut oil
2 Tblsp Honey (optional)
Sift the dry ingredients together. In a separate bowl beat the eggs and then mix all wet ingredients well. Mix the two together until smooth.
Grease your muffin tin or line with baking cups. Spoon mixture into the tin.
Bake at 375 for 12 to 14 minutes.
Makes 12 regular sized muffins
