****NOTE*******
This was my favorite snack to steal when my mom was playing Bunko with her friends. I tried to make this following my moms recipe as it is typed above. Guess what? There is a secret, which is why I could NEVER make it right!!!!! So with that being said, belowing is the correct recipe: Take Parmesan cheese (IN THE GREEN CAN!!!!!!!!!!!), parsley, black pepper and garlic, whirl in your food processor until a crumb consistency. Pour into a pie dish. Dip your chicken into melted butter and then crumb mixture bake for 35 minutes at 350. Did you figure out the secret? I was using aged Parmesan the good stuff, and the entire time I needed to use the stuff in the green can. Enjoy! But I must warn you, once you make these, your family and friends will want them all the time.
