Mashed Cauliflower

Mashed Cauliflower

  • 2 heads cauliflower, washed and cut into large pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil [2] or butter
  • ½ teaspoon celtic sea salt [3]
  1. Steam the cauliflower pieces until very tender
  2. Puree cauliflower in a food processor [4], add in olive oil and salt
  3. Reheat in a casserole dish in the oven at 350° for 20 minutes
  4. serve
