11 cups dry milk
1 8oz container of powdered dairy creamer
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 16oz container of Nestle Quick ( no cheating you must use Nestle Quick)
Stir together and store in an air tight container. To use put 4 tablespoons to 1 cup of water.. Chella's variation Go to costco and buy the biggest powdered milk, the biggest creamer, the biggest powdered sugar and the biggest Nestle Quick, then go to walmart or your local grocery store and buy different flavored powdered creamers. Mix the normal ingredients in a huge bowl, make some water and make yourself a cup of hot cocoa when the sugar is right, then start making new flavors. IE divide the huge bowl into smaller container and add French Vanilla creamer to the new smaller batch. Then do the same with hazelnut etc. The truth is we living in colorado and my children drink this stuff like crazy SO i have to make a ton. It is cheap and we control the flavors. This makes great christmas gifts. Forget the 4 tablespoons no teenager on the planet only puts 4 tablespoon into their mug. That is why we make our own. I found out sometimes they would use 2-3 packets of the store bought cocoa. No wonder we never had any cocoa. Sorry for the ramblings... Make it! You won't be disappointed
