Zucchini Brownies
[1]Ingredients
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1 1/2 cup grated zucchini
- 1/3 cup raw honey
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking soda
- i tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp allspice
- 1 cup dark chocolate chunks (Enjoy Life Brand)
Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
Step 2
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
Step 3
Pour into a greased 9x9 baking pan.
Step 4
Bake 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
** After reading the reviews which were all 5 star some people had to back up to an hour**
