DIY Microwave Popcorn

[1]

1/4 cup popcorn kernels
1 tsp oil
2 tsp salt

Place ingredients in a brown paper lunch bag. Fold over twice. Shake. Place bag in microwave and cook for 1 1/2 - 2 minutes.

I know, right?! But I am telling you - it tastes SO good! Make your own melted butter and pour it over with some additional salt if you want, but we just eat it as is. Yum!!
