INGREDIENTS:
- 1.5 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
- 3/4 C Barbeque Sauce
- 3/4 C Sweet Orange Marmalade
- 2 T Soy Sauce *
DIRECTIONS:
Chop the chicken into bite sized pieces.
Next, mix the barbeque sauce, orange marmalade, and soy sauce together in a slow cooker.
Add the chopped chicken to the sauce mixture and mix until chicken is well coated.
Cook in the slow cooker on Low for 3-4 hours.
Serve over rice and garnish with sesame seeds and/or green onions.
* NOTE:
I use gluten free barbeque sauce and substitute liquid aminos for soy sauce to make this gluten free.
