Teriyaki Chicken
INGREDIENTS:
- 1.5 pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
- 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Soy Sauce *
- 2 tablespoon Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground Ginger
- 1 clove garlic - minced
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 2 teaspoons water
DIRECTIONS:
Mix the brown sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, ginger, garlic and pepper together in a bowl.
Place chicken in the slow cooker.
Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken.
