Southern Strawberry Sweet Iced Tea
Fairy Floss Cocktail
Fill glass with pink cotton candy and slowly pour Lime Perrier over it. Such a beautiful nonalcoholic beverage.
Strawberry Champagne Punch
1 liter sparkling champagne
1¼ cups fruit punch
1¼ cups ginger ale
1¼ cups orange juice
1 pint fresh strawberries
1 pint raspberry sherbet
1 pint vanilla ice cream
Instructions
Chill juices and sodas before using.
Mix juices, soda and wine in punch bowl.
Add strawberries and stir.
Spoon in ice-cream and sherbet, mixing.
Add ice ball preferably made of frozen punch.
Garnish with strawberries, kiwi, orange slice!
This would be a fun to serve for Easter!
Dessert and champagne all at once!
S'mores Hot Chocolate
- 2 cups milk, any kind
- 1 cup water (or use 3 c milk)
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- 2 Tbsp light chocolate syrup
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp non-bitter stevia (or add 1-2 Tbsp more sugar to taste)
- pinch salt
- graham crackers, crushed (for lining rim)
- ½ cup marshmallows

St. Patrick's Day Mint White Hot Chocolate
Mint White Hot Chocolate
2 cups milk
2 cups half & half cream
8 oz. white chocolate, chopped
1 tsp. peppermint extract
a few drops of green food coloring
marshmallows (optional)In a heavy- bottomed pot, heat the milk and cream over medium heat for 5 minutes. Stir in the white chocolate, remove from heat and set aside for a few minutes. Add the peppermint extract and food coloring and whisk until smooth.
Serve immediately. Serves 4.
