2 | cups Corn Chex® cereal |
2 | cups Honey Nut Chex® cereal |
2 | cups Chocolate Chex® cereal |
1 | cup gluten-free honey-roasted or dry-roasted peanuts |
1/4 | cup butter or margarine |
1/4 | cup packed brown sugar |
1/4 | cup peanut butter |
1/4 | cup gluten-free peanut butter chips |
1. | In large microwavable bowl, mix cereals and peanuts. |
2. | Microwave butter on High until melted, about 30 seconds; stir and add peanut butter and brown sugar. Microwave about 30 seconds or until boiling. Pour over cereal. |
3. | Microwave on High 3 to 4 minutes, stirring every minute, until browned. Spread on waxed-paper or foil- lined baking sheet. |
4. | Microwave peanut butter chips in small microwaveable bowl on medium-high 40-50 seconds or until they can be stirred smooth; pour into small zip-type bag, snip tiny corner and drizzle over top. |
