2 | cups Corn Chex® cereal |
2 | cups Banana Nut Cheerios® cereal |
3 | cups Chicago mix cheese and caramel-flavored popped popcorn |
1/2 | cup slivered or sliced almonds |
1/4 | cup butter or margarine |
1/4 | cup dark brown sugar |
2 | tablespoons sweetened condensed milk |
2 | tablespoons dark corn syrup |
1. | In large bowl, mix cereals, popcorn and almonds; set aside. |
2. | In 2-cup microwaveable measuring cup, microwave butter 30 seconds or until melted; stir in brown sugar, condensed milk and corn syrup; microwave 30 seconds or until boiling, pour over cereal mixture. |
3. | Microwave 2-3 minutes, stirring after each minute, until mixture is glazed. |
If you can't find Chicago mix blend of flavored popcorn, just use 1 1/2 cups caramel popcorn and 1 1/2 cups cheese popcorn. |
