Toffee Coffee Creamer
1 cup powdered non-dairy creamer
1/2 cup brown sugar
Combine all ingredients in zip-lock or vacuum seal bag (or jar!), whatever container you prefer. To Use: add 1- 2 Heaping Teaspoons per mug of coffee.

2 teaspoons ground ginger
2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon allspice (optional)

2 tablespoons cocoa

Amaretto Coffee Creamer Mix
3/4 C non-dairy coffee creamer
1 tsp. almond extract
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
3/4 C confectioner's sugar
Mix all together and use as you would regular powdered creamer

Directions
Combine all ingredients and place in a collectible/re-useable canister with instructions.
Instructions read: "Blend 1/2 cup mix with 1 cup steaming hot whole milk. Stir and enjoy".

Directions
Combine all of the ingredients in a lidded container. Shake to mix.

"INSTANT" PANCAKES:
Ingredients
* 3 ounces Dutch-processed cocoa, approximately 1 cup
* 2 ounces cornstarch, approximately 1/2 cup
* 6 ounces confectioners' sugar, approximately 1 1/2 cups
* 1 1/2 ounces instant non-fat dry milk, approximately 1/2 cup
* 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
In a large bowl or plastic container with a lid, combine the cocoa, cornstarch, sugar, instant non-fat dry milk, and salt. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.
