Chocolate Syrup (kinda like Hershey's)

Chocolate Sauce

1/2 cup of cocoa
1 cup of water
1 1/2 to 2 cups of sugar

Mix the cocoa and water in a saucepan. Heat and stir until the cocoa is dissolved. Add the sugar, stir until dissolved. Boil for 2 minutes and then add the salt and vanilla.
