Lemonade-Mint Iced Tea
Ingredients
* 3 tablespoons crushed fresh mint leaves
* 1 quart boiling water
* 1/2 cup instant iced tea powder
* 1 cup white sugar
* 2 quarts cold water
* 1 (6 ounce) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
Directions
1. In a 1 gallon pitcher, combine the mint leaves, 1 quart of boiling water, instant tea powder and sugar. Stir to dissolve sugar. Let stand for 15 minutes.
2. Stir in the cold water and lemonade concentrate. Serve in tall glasses over ice. Strain out mint leaves, if desired.
Snow-Flake Cocoa
Ingredients
* 2 cups whipping cream
* 6 cups milk
* 1 teaspoon vanilla
* 1 (12 ounce) package white chocolate chips
* Garnish:
* Whipped cream
* Candy canes
Directions
1. Stir together the whipping cream, milk, vanilla, and white chocolate chips in a slow cooker.
2. Cover and cook on low for 2 to 2 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally, until mixture is hot and chocolate chips are melted. Stir again before serving. Garnish with whipped cream and candy canes, as desired.
Blueberry Fool
Peanut Buttercup Hot Chocloate
Fall Caramel Coffee
6 T. coffee, any variety (I use plain ole' Maxwell House)
1/2 c. Kraft caramel dessert topping (yes - the ice cream topping)
4 1/2 c. cold water
Toppings:
Cool-Whip
Heath bars or any toffee bars, crushed
Italian Soda
Root Beer
Easy Root Beer
1 1/2 cups water
3/4 cups sugar
1 1/2 tsp root beer extract
1 bottle ( 1 liter) Club Soda
Bring water to boil and stir in sugar and extract. Cool in fridge completely. When ready to serve, slowly pour soda into root beer mixture until well blended. We make italian sodas all the time in my house so here is our root beer recipe.
Hot Cocoa Mix
11 cups dry milk
1 8oz container of powdered dairy creamer
2 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 16oz container of Nestle Quick ( no cheating you must use Nestle Quick)
Strawberry Lemonade
1 can of frozen lemonade concentrate
1 box frozen sweetend stawberries
Thaw both in the fridge over night. Take out the strawberries and mix in the blender add this to the pitcher, then add the lemonade concentrate. Put 3 1/2 can of cold water into the pitcher, stir, serve and enjoy. Notes This is how I make lemonade, not sure if there is an actual recipe out there.
