I love this idea. It is amazing how much money you end up with for their present. The letters are so much fun to read and the kiddos reaction is priceless. I once saw a similar gift from a Grandmother. She put the money and letters in an photo album.
Sometimes I think pictures are self explanatory. This is awesome for boys or girls in my opinion. Great for snow days, rainy days, and Family Fun time.
LM (Little Man) and I use painter's tape and he runs around the house looking for recycling to get his ammo ready ;)

Have you ever Painted Snow? Me neither. I was reading the Happy Hooligans blog the other day and she did it!
She just mixes up some tempera paint, poured into jars and set the kids free :o)

Here’s what you’ll need:
1 cm wool felt balls (90-100 per coaster depending on the size)
cork coasters
E600 glue
Begin by gluing one felt ball to the center of your coaster.
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 cup raw honey
4 eggs
Preheat oven to 320. Combine all ingredients with a stand mixer until no lumps remain. Pour into a greased pie pan and bake in a 320 oven for 15 minutes. Remove and set aside.
The problem with pinterest is that people only post pictures sometimes with no tutorial. I think it is self explanatory. Enjoy!
