• 2 cans apple juice concentrate (thawed) (We splurged and bought the Wal-mart Great Value brand!)
• 1 (2 liter) bottle club soda (Again, we decided to pull out all the stops and bought the exclusive Kroger Store Brand)
• Mix.

Fill glass with pink cotton candy and slowly pour Lime Perrier over it. Such a beautiful nonalcoholic beverage.

Mint White Hot Chocolate

2 cups milk
2 cups half & half cream
8 oz. white chocolate, chopped
1 tsp. peppermint extract
a few drops of green food coloring
marshmallows (optional)

In a heavy- bottomed pot, heat the milk and cream over medium heat for 5 minutes. Stir in the white chocolate, remove from heat and set aside for a few minutes. Add the peppermint extract and food coloring and whisk until smooth.

Serve immediately. Serves 4.
