2 lbs. red and/or green grapes
1 (8oz.) pkg. of cream cheese
1 (8oz.) container of sour cream
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
chopped walnuts/pecans {optional}
brown sugar {optional}
This is all you’ll need {plus the grapes} for one of the best “salads” I promise you’ll ever eat.
Combine cream cheese, sour cream, vanilla, & sugar in a large bowl and beat together with mixer.
Wash your grapes and remove from the stems. Fold into the cream cheese mix until well coated and VOILA! The best salad that won’t ever make an appearance in your weight loss diet.
For a little color flair, mix it up with a pound of green & a pound of red grapes. If you’re feelin’ a little fiesty, add some chopped walnuts or pecans for a little crunch and sprinkle on some brown sugar for an added sweetness.
