Slow Cooker Jambalaya

* 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes

* 1/2 pound andouille sausage, diced

* 1 (28-ounce) can diced tomatoes

* 1 medium onion, chopped

* 1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped

* 1 stalk celery, chopped

* 1 cup reduced-sodium chicken broth

* 2 teaspoons dried oregano

* 2 teaspoons Cajun or Creole seasoning

* 1 teaspoon hot sauce

* 2 bay leaves

* 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme

* 1 pound frozen peeled and cooked shrimp, thawed

* 2 cups cooked rice

Reese's Chewy Chocolate Cookies

2 C Flour

3/4 C Cocoa

1 tsp. Baking Soda

1/2 tsp. Salt

1 1/4 C Butter

2 C Sugar

2 Eggs

2 tsp. Vanilla

1 8oz package Reese's Peanut Butter Chips

Preheat oven 350 Stir together dry ingredients. Beat butter and sugar in a large bowl with mixer until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well. Gradually add flour mixture, beat well. Stir in peanut butter chips. Bake 11 to 13 minutes, do not over bake cookies will be soft!

Slow Cooker Hot Fudge Sundae Cake

1 C Flour

1/2 C Sugar

2 Tbls Baking Cocoa

2 tsp. Baking Powder

1/2 tsp. Salt

1/2 C Milk

2 Tbls Vegetable Oil

1 tsp. Vanilla

1/2 C Chopped Nuts (OPTIONAL)

3/4 C Packed Brown Sugar

1/4 C Baking Cocoa

1 1/2 C Hot Water

Spray the inside of a 2-3 1/2 quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Mix flour, sugar, 2 Tablespoons cocoa, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Stir in milk, oil and vanilla until smooth. Stir in nuts. Spread the batter in the slow cooker and level it off.

Poppy Seed Cake

3 C Flour

2 1/2 C Sugar

1 1/2 tsp. Salt

1 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder

1 1/2 C Milk

1 1/4 C Oil

1 1/2 tsp. Poppy Seeds

3 Eggs

1 1/2 tsp. Vanilla

1 1/2 tsp. Almond Extract

Mix well, Grease and flour bundt cake pan, pour cake batter into bundt pan Bake 350 for 1 hour and 10 minutes Glaze: 3/4 C powdered sugar 1/4 C Fresh Orange Juice 1/2 tsp. Vanilla 1/2 tsp. Almond Extract 2 tsp. melted butter 1 tsp. butter ~ NOT MELTED

Brush on Cake as soon as it comes out of the oven, while piping hot!

Farmers Casserole

1 pkg frosen hash browns

1 cup cooked diced ham

1 pkg Pepper Jack Cheese

12 eggs _

Milk

Preheat oven 350, spray a 9 x 13 casserole dish and set aside. In large bowl combine, hashbrowns, ham, and pepper jack cheese put into casserole dish. Wisk together 12 with some milk about 2 TBSP, pour over hashbrown mixture. Bake for about an hour or until eggs are set. I like to add salt and pepper and cayenne pepper to the egg mixture before pouring over the hashbrown mixture.

Bake 40-45 minutes until it is set
