Beef Tips

2 pounds Beef Stew Meat

1 package Lipton Onion Soup Mix

2/3 C Cooking Sherry

1 Can Golden Mushroom Soup

Mix all ingredients together and cook on low for 8 hours. Serve over noodles.

To freeze: Cook in crockpot, cool and put in ziploc bag and freeze.

To Serve: Thaw in refridgerator over night, warm in skillet serve over boiled noodles.

Pepper Steak with Rice

3 Cups hot cooked rice

1 pound lean beef round steak, cut 1/2 inch thick (I use whatever is on sale)

1 Tablespoon Paprika (not hot)

2 Tablespoons butter or margarine

2 Cloves garlic, crushed

1 1/2 Cups beef broth

1Cup sliced green onions, including tops

2 Green Peppers, cut in strips

2 Tablespoons cornstarch

1/4 Cup EACH water and soy sauce

2 Large fresh tomatoes, cut in eighths (WE OMIT)

Hacienda Casserole

1 pound of hamburger

Taco seasoning to taste

1 Can Tomatoes with chilis (rotel or generic)

1 Package of Rotini pasta

1 Package of Mexican blend cheese

Put water on to boil, when the water is ready, add salt to water and  cook rotini pasta to your liking. In a separate pan, put hamburger in and sprinkle taco seasoning on the meat. Brown add 1 can of Rotel to the meat and simmer. Drain pasta, put back in pot add the meat mixture and the cheese. Stir and serve. Enjoy!

White Trash

1 pound hamburger

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 can milk Sour Cream (optional)

Cooked rice

Brown hamburger in pan and season to taste. Drain the hamburger and put it back into the pan, add the cream of mushroom soup along with 1 can of milk (more if you are stretching the meal) simmer and serve over rice. **** If you have extra sour cream in your fridge go ahead and add at the end.

*** To Freeze: Cool off White Trash, place in ziploc freezer bag, remove air, freeze

To Serve: Thaw in fridge, cook in skillet, serve over rice.

Cheese Burger Casserole

2 pounds beef

1 can cream soup (your choice, I use celery)

1 can Cheddar Cheese soup ( I also have use fiesta or nacho)

1 Pkg Frozen crinkle-cut french fries

Preheat your oven to 350 In skillet, brown the beef, and drain. Put the beef back into the skillet, stir in soups. Pour into a greased 9x13 dish. Place your french fries on top. Bake, uncovered for 50-55 minutes or until the fries are done.

Buffalo Chicken Dip

3 cooked chicken breasts, shredded

3/4 C Frank's Hot Sauce

16 oz Cream Cheese

1 C Ranch Salad Dressing

1 1/2 C Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Heat chicken and hot sauce over medium heat. Stir in cream cheese and ranch dressing. Continue cooking and stirring, until the cream cheese is melted. Mix in the cheddar cheese, heating and stirring until it is melted. Set aside to cool.

(I just dump everything in my crock pot and put it on warm when its melted I serve with veggies, pita chips, bagel chips, pretzel, or bread)
