Ranch Sauage Stars
1 - Package Original Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix, (prepared according to package directions)
1 - 10 oz package Jimmy Dean or Owens breakfast sausage, browned & drained
1 - 8 oz package Mexican 4 Cheese blend
1/2 - cup green or red bell pepper, chopped (optional)
Bacon Cream Cheese Dip
Bacon Cream Cheese Bread Dip
Ingredients:
8 slices of Bacon – cooked crisp and crumbled
8 oz Cream Cheese – room temperature
1/2 c. Mayonaise
2 tsp. Dijon Mustard
1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss Cheese
3 Green Onions diced
1/2 tsp. Horseradish Sauce
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and mix well using a rubber spatula. Transfer to a shallow baking dish (about 9 x 9) and bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
Sausage Balls
Ingredients
4 cups grated sharp Cheddar cheese
3 cups Bisquick baking mix
1 1-pound package ground sausage
1/8 tablespoon Pepper
Dip:
1 tablespoon mustard
1 cup mayonnaise
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with vegetable oil cooking spray.
Combine all ingredients in a large glass bowl. Mix well with your fingers. The mixture will be very crumbly.
New Mexican Paleo Chili
- 1½ lb of Pork Rump
- 1 lb of Beef Shoulder
- 1 Yellow Onion, chopped
- 1 Yellow Bell Pepper, chopped
- 4 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 1½ cup of Raw Cashews
- ¼ cup of Apple Cider Vinegar
Paleo BBQ Pulled Pork
Carnitas
14 1/2-ounce can chicken broth
1 cup (about) water
Place pork in heavy large pot. Add broth. Add enough water to cover pork by 1/2 inch. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium. Cover partially; simmer until meat is very tender and liquid is absorbed, about 1 hour 45 minutes. Cool slightly. Shred meat.
It even better if you let it fry a bit in the rendered fat, the caramelized bits are the best.
