For a long time our LM was severly Lactose Intolerant so we had to come up with fun recipes that he could eat. One such recipe is Marshmellow Popcorn. Well, today I didn't have any marshmellows but I had a lot of peeps leftover from Easter. Here is what you need.
1 Bag of Microwave popcorn or you can use your air popper
1 sleeve of peeps or 10-12 large Marshmellows
1/4 Cup of brown sugar.
1 cup almond flour
1 egg white
1 pinch salt
(that's it!)
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
In a bowl, mix together the almond flour, egg white, and salt until it forms a paste.
So I pinned this on Pinterest and of course the link doesn't work anymore. The good news is that the recipe is on the picture. I love stuff like this. Just because I live a Paleo lifestyle doesn't mean my kids do. So hopefully they will never know. :)
3/4 C Almond Milk
15 Ice Cubes
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1-2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
1/3 Bananna
Put all ingredients in a blender, mix and enjoy!
Mix the dried apples, graham cracker pieces, yogurt-covered raisins and granola.
In a large bowl, combine 1 1/4 cups banana chips, 1 cup broken cream-filled sugar wafer cookies, such as Nabisco, 3/4 cup walnut pieces, 1/2 cup yogurt-covered raisins, 1/2 cup dried cherries and 1/3 cup chocolate chunks.
