For a long time our LM was severly Lactose Intolerant so we had to come up with fun recipes that he could eat. One such recipe is Marshmellow Popcorn. Well, today I didn't have any marshmellows but I had a lot of peeps leftover from Easter. Here is what you need.
1 Bag of Microwave popcorn or you can use your air popper
1 sleeve of peeps or 10-12 large Marshmellows
1/4 Cup of brown sugar.
The casatiello is a savory filled Neapolitan Easter bread that nonna Galasso made from memory. For her it held all the symbolism of faith. Casatiello derives from case, which in Neapolitan dialect means “cheese”, because of the use of cheese in the dough and in the filling. The rising dough meant the promise of new life; the shape of the bread symbolized a crown and the eggs meant rebirth.
