Peppermint Mocha Frozen Hot Chocolate

- 8 ounces milk
- 1/2 cup Coffee-mate Peppermint Mocha Coffee creamer
- 2 cups ice cubes

My take on the famous treat from a NYC restaurant. Hot chocolate flavor served up icy cold!
1 tablespoon chocolate syrup
2 tablespoons peppermint syrup or peppermint baking chips
1/2 cup (4-ounces) hot fresh brewed coffee
whipped cream, for garnish
chocolate shavings, for garnish
To a coffee mug, add chocolate syrup, peppermint syrup and coffee. Mix together. Top with a dollop of whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
1/2 cup whole milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup white chocolate
1 tsp. peppermint extract
whipped cream & peppermint pieces for topping
1. Peppermint Hot Chocolate: Spread marshmallow fluff on the rim of a mug and then dip the mug in crushed candy canes. Pour instant hot chocolate mix into the prepared mug, add water as directed and stir in 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract.
2. Mexican Hot Chocolate: Stir a generous pinch each of ground cinnamon and cayenne pepper into 1 mug of prepared instant hot chocolate. Garnish with cinnamon stick.
