Baked Mozzarella and Tomato-Basil Dip
Reese’s Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Dip
Yield: serves 10-12
A decadent dip filled with chocolate chips and Reese's PB cups.
Ingredients
Grain Free Almond Crackers
1 cup almond flour
1 egg white
1 pinch salt
(that's it!)
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
In a bowl, mix together the almond flour, egg white, and salt until it forms a paste.
Smoked Salmon Frittata with Green Onion Sauce
Ranch Dressing
Spicy Roasted Cashews
Ingredients:
2 lbs Raw Cashews (can usually find in the bulk foods section)
¼ cup Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
1 Tbl Finely Chopped Fresh Rosemary
1 Tbl Kosher Salt
2 tsp Hot Paprika
2 tsp Cracked Black Pepper
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 400 F.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
Spread the raw cashews out over the baking sheet one layer thick (not any thicker).
Paleo Tortilla Chips
Ingredients:
2 Cups Almond Flour
2 Egg Whites
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp. Cumin
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Combine flour, egg whites and spices together in a bowl.
When a loose dough forms, place between two large pieces of parchment paper and roll thin with a rolling pin.
Use a pizza cutter and cut into triangles.
Bake in oven for 10 minutes, or until chips are golden brown and delicious.

Paleo Crab Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 4 portobello mushrooms
- 1 cup crabmeat
- 2 shallots, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped + more for garnish
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt + extra for topping
- 1/4 teaspoon dried chervil
- 1 organic egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup almond meal + 2 teaspoons for topping
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
