Loaded Paleo Nachos
- Nacho "Chips"
- -1-2 large sweet potatoes
- -Dash Himalayan sea salt

1 Corinthians 16:14 ESV
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 cup raw honey
4 eggs
Preheat oven to 320. Combine all ingredients with a stand mixer until no lumps remain. Pour into a greased pie pan and bake in a 320 oven for 15 minutes. Remove and set aside.
2-3 sweet potatoes, scrubbed and cut in half
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium red or green pepper, chopped
3 tbs. tomato paste
2 tbs. water
2 medium carrots, finely chopped or grated
1 lb. ground protein
15 oz. can no-salt added tomato sauce
palm sugar or stevia, to taste (I used 1/2 tbs.)
1.5 tbs. apple cider vinegar
1.5 tbs. dijon mustard
1/4-1/2 cup water
salt, pepper, garlic powder, etc. to season potatoes
So I pinned this on Pinterest and of course the link doesn't work anymore. The good news is that the recipe is on the picture. I love stuff like this. Just because I live a Paleo lifestyle doesn't mean my kids do. So hopefully they will never know. :)
3/4 C Almond Milk
15 Ice Cubes
1/2 tsp Vanilla
1-2 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
1/3 Bananna
Put all ingredients in a blender, mix and enjoy!
Baked Apple Crisp (Dairy-Free, Grain-Free, Egg-Free)
Filling
7 apples, peeled, cored, sliced into thin pieces
1/4 cup orange juice (juice of 2-3 oranges)
2 tbs. raw honey (melted to liquid)
1 tbs. pure maple syrup
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
In a large bowl, mix together apples, orange juice, honey, maple syrup, cinnamon and nutmeg. Pour into a pie dish and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove from the oven to sprinkle crumble on top.
